Donor Development Specialist

About the RoleThe Donor Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in our team by providing timely and accurate information to donors, including updates on their contributions and the impact of their support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for supporters and providing them with a best-in-class supporter experience via telephone, email and digital channels.
- Retaining donors by offering regular communication and engaging them through various campaigns and initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with donors to foster long-term partnerships and increase donations.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
