We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you working closely with high-net-worth individuals, identifying prospective donors, and cultivating strong relationships to drive revenue growth for our organization.

You will be responsible for the solicitation of gifts, managing research, reporting, and administration, as well as contributing to the development and execution of fundraising strategy across our organization.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of fundraising targets and initiatives. Your ability to build effective relationships, communicate complex ideas clearly, and articulate a compelling case for support will be essential in securing new donations and growing existing relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Solicitation of Gifts: Identify and pursue potential donors, cultivating strong relationships to secure funding for our organization's programs and projects.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring that their needs are met and their contributions are recognized.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct thorough research on potential donors, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and providing regular reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Administration: Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with fundraising, including record-keeping, budgeting, and event planning.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in fundraising or related field, with experience in relationship building and soliciting donations from high-net-worth individuals.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with donors and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundraising principles, practices, and industry trends, with knowledge of donor behavior and motivations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management.
