Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Donor Relationship Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will cultivate and steward a portfolio of Mid-level Donors to advance them towards deeper financial engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development
    • Create donor engagement strategies, including contact plans, marketing touchpoints, and relationship-based moves management.
  • Networking & Partnership
    • Build professional relationships with Mid-level Donors through various communication strategies.
  • Communication
    • Develop innovative Mid-level Donor communication strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
    • Qualify Mid-level Donors for movement to Major Donor Relationship Managers.
  • Data Management
    • Report activity and progress against plans to the Manager.
    • Manage data hygiene, including logging donor interactions and forecasting results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in fundraising or sales.
  • Proven track record of effectiveness as a collaborator on cross-functional teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and donor cultivation abilities.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently.
