We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Individual Giving acquisition program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our Individual Giving portfolio through strategic planning, campaign execution, and donor relationship management.
The role requires a strong understanding of multi-channel acquisition techniques, with a focus on digital marketing. Experience in developing and implementing campaigns across multiple channels, including mail, social media, and email, is essential. Additionally, the ability to manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering inspiring campaigns that drive results, as well as experience in managing budgets and resources effectively. A data-driven approach, combined with excellent communication and project management skills, is also required.
About the Role
- Develop and implement a multi-channel acquisition strategy to grow the Individual Giving portfolio
- Lead the redevelopment of regular giving activities, including upgrades and reactivations
- Create engaging and impactful acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
- Set and meet strategic goals, objectives, and budgets associated with fundraising strategies
- Manage and build relationships with key agencies and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing a multi-channel acquisition program - with a strong digital focus
- Understanding and knowledge of multi-channel acquisition techniques
- A background in delivering inspiring campaigns across channels
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with external agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage campaigns end to end
- Data led with experience in systems and strategies, including CRMs, analytics, and reporting
- Redesign and refresh strategies to drive Acquisition activity across single and regular giving
- Plan and deliver regular giving activities such as upgrades and reactivations
- Lead the redevelopment of the regular giving product and proposition - including the development of collateral and campaign assets
- Create engaging and impactful acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
- Set and meet strategic goals, objectives, and budgets associated with fundraising strategies
- Develop and deliver the supporter journey for both existing and new supporters
- End-to-end management of acquisition campaigns
- Budget development and input into the strategic plan
- Responsible for tracking and evaluating acquisition activities against budget and KPIs
- Lead and deliver the Annual Tax Receipt and retention project
- Work alongside the Individual Giving Retention manager to develop second gift conversion and cross-sell strategy for the Individual Giving program
- Manage and build relationships with key agencies and stakeholders to position the acquisition program to maximise growth

- You will work closely with the Head of Individual Giving to shape and lead the Individual Giving Acquisition program
- You will develop and implement a multi-channel acquisition strategy to grow the Individual Giving portfolio
