A dynamic and resilient administration assistant is sought to join an industry-leading plumbing company in Perth. This national brand prioritizes a culture of excellence, modernity, and technological innovation.
About the role
The primary purpose of this varied position is to complete all business administrative tasks, general accounts, and scheduling for the trades. Your days will be diverse, and you must thrive in a constantly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders
- Issue purchase orders, schedule jobs, maintain the schedule, and liaise with clients
- Manage the national shared inbox, actioning, categorizing, and filing correspondence
- Manage daily and weekly job schedules within the job management software
- Answer and action inbound scheduling-related phone calls
- Process franchise partner invoices and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Complete all associated administrative tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong background in the trades industry working in administrative/scheduling and/or invoicing functions
- Full competency with Microsoft Suite and excellent computer literacy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
