The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join our West Leederville Offices on a full-time basis. As Field Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Raising procurement requests for goods, services, leases, and projects;
- Processing invoices and service entry sheets via the SAP system;
- Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and delivering exceptional customer service;
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier items;
- Overseeing general office management operations and performing ad-hoc administrative duties;
- Maintaining a well-organized and secure office environment;
- Booking freight and coordinating travel arrangements;
- Assisting with vendor queries and managing new vendor requests;
- Working within a high-traffic shared inbox.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $70,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in administration and clerical procedures;
- A polite, courteous, and professional nature;
- Experience in diary management and organizing travel;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced computing skills, including Microsoft Excel and SAP;
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills.
