Membership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Consultant to join our team at Osteo Strong Australia. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in building our thriving membership base and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Initial contact and qualification of all incoming enquiries
- Authentic presentation of Osteo Strong services and memberships
- Delivering Discovery Sessions for new members in centre
- Achieving new member monthly activity and growth targets
- Accurate reporting through CRM system
- Proactively seeking referrals from members and our local area networks
- Participating in new centre launches and pre-sales as required
- Proven success as a membership consultant within the health and wellness industry
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role
- Australian permanent residents only
- Specialist training in Osteo Strong technologies
- Uniform Osteo Strong Membership privileges for you and your immediate family
