About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Growthfyi. As a key member of our customer marketing hub, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Product Demand Generation: Work with stakeholders to conceptualise, plan and execute impactful engagement aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Growth Enablement: Create and execute marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, NPS and email marketing.
  • Customer Retention: Collaborate with our customer success (CS) team and marketing leaders to strategise and build out effective marketing and communications for the customer base.
  • Content Marketing: Conceptualise, develop and execute customer-facing collateral, including PPTs, datasheets, brochures, webinars, newsletters, case studies, videos, and e Books.
  • Event Marketing: Manage customer monthly webinar training series and annual user conference.
  • Cross-Team Enablement: Be a liaison between marketing and our CS team, as well as proactively work with our wider customer experience and product teams to discover other marketing opportunities.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback data by developing and distributing surveys to the customer base.
  • Customer Reviews: Drive customer reviews in third-party channels like G2 Crowd and Capterra.
  • Customer Data: Maintain customer data by working with the CS team and operations to ensure customer data is well maintained, segmented, and up-to-date.
  • Planning and Measuring: Regular reporting to marketing and the customer experience team on the performance of campaigns, and to track goal progression.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in generalist marketing roles.
  • Bachelor level qualification in marketing, communications or business.
  • Hub Spot (or similar) competency.
  • B2B technology and/or software experience.
