Position Overview

The Revenue Growth Specialist is tasked with cultivating and managing the sales pipeline to achieve new revenue objectives. This role emphasizes expanding revenue from media sales and other significant revenue initiatives, thereby increasing the overall revenue contribution to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Expansion

  • Achieve both team and individual sales targets related to Retail Media revenue and other revenue streams.
  • Enhance revenue by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to current clients.
  • Ensure successful execution of booked campaigns from start to finish, which includes managing the seller briefing process and compliance requirements, along with maintaining effective communication.
  • Engage in business development efforts to identify new revenue opportunities with both new and existing clients through proactive outreach.

Reporting & Continuous Enhancement

  • Provide analytical reports on client performance, presenting in-depth analysis and insights on current business performance and future growth opportunities.
  • Comprehend clients' business goals and challenges, proactively identifying opportunities to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Publish actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to uncover new opportunities and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new advertising and business partners.
  • Work with Retail and Marketplace stakeholders to implement the overall seller/supplier strategy.

Seller Relationship Management

  • Champion the seller's needs within Catch to manage and enhance the seller relationship.
  • Establish robust communication channels at all levels within the seller's organization, set clear expectations, and work towards a mutual growth plan.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to evaluate outcomes, address concerns, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Provide updates on campaigns, resolve client challenges, and deliver training on all Catch tools.
  • Collaborate with sellers to enhance the commercial aspects of their business through Catch services.
  • Ensure the implementation of Catch Values and seller agreements across all sellers.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales role focused on generating new business and managing sales pipelines.
  • Experience in Account Management, nurturing existing business relationships, and executing growth strategies.
  • Sales and/or account management experience in an ad tech environment is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of digital media and marketing, including traditional ATL media and social media.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment to achieve individual and team success.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for winning.
  • Enthusiasm for online shopping is essential.
  • Effective prioritization skills to manage workload efficiently.
