Key Responsibilities
  • Drive member growth and sales through exceptional customer service and relationship-building
  • Provide high-end premium service to members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with the State Performance Manager to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the gym
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced premium customer service role
  • Interest and passion for health and fitness
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Availability to work Saturdays and some weekdays
