We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Growth Manager to join our team at RGH-Global | People Services. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the APAC region.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the APAC region.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the APAC region.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives in the APAC region.
- Operational Management: Oversee the operational aspects of the business in the APAC region, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
