Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, secure, and manage institutional funding opportunities to support the implementation of our Global Health Strategy and Program in the Indo-Pacific region.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and colleagues.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential funding opportunities and develop compelling proposals.
- Manage complex, donor-funded programs in the Indo-Pacific region, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of global health and development, and apply this knowledge to inform our funding strategies and program implementation.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field, such as business, international development, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in institutional fundraising, with a proven track record of securing significant funding from technical donors.
- Excellent research, writing, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience working in the Indo-Pacific region, with a deep understanding of the cultural, political, and economic context.
