","li": "Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership playbook for identifying customer engagement and rewards/offers solutions (in line with business objectives) \u2013 underpinned by a sustainable operating model.
","li": "Collaborate with internal Cashrewards teams, to ensure partnership initiatives align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
","li": "Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnerships. Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize initiatives to maximize value.

","li": "Deep experience in building and running partnerships \u2013 with emphasis on the Financial Services landscape, i.e., both account management and business development.
","li": "Management Consulting or Professional Services experience with heavy exposure to \u2018Partnership Ecosystems\u2019.
","li": "Proven track record of building out a multifaceted partner ecosystem (integrations, migrations, services, etc.) coupled with experience working with Product and Technology teams.
","li": "Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
","li": "Persuasive communication, gravitas, and interpersonal skills across varying stakeholder levels.
","li": "Commercial acumen including familiarity with key drivers to facilitate P&L results.
","li": "Ability to pivot from high-level strategy to the details required to execute it seamlessly.
