About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Strategic Partnerships and ANZ Engagement to join our team at Cashrewards. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and driving our strategic partnerships, with a priority focus on ANZ Bank, by delivering and demonstrating incremental value across joint business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage our ANZ account efforts to identify new mutually beneficial growth opportunities, negotiate commercial offer constructs, as well as fulfillment & delivery obligations.
Develop the annual partnership strategy aligned to ANZ's financial wellbeing strategy and business/partnership OKRs.
Drive business development efforts to improve our performance across existing partnerships and to identify new ecosystem partners that enhance Cashrewards' offerings and support market expansion.
Understand/identify local market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to inform partnership opportunities and business decisions.
Manage and influence relationships within ANZ across varying levels to ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements; including regular presentations at executive levels through to detailed instructions at the working group level.
About You
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in partnership management and a deep understanding of the Retail Banking landscape. You will have a proven track record of building out a multifaceted partner ecosystem (integrations, migrations, services, etc) coupled with experience working with Product and Technology teams. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills are also essential.
