Head of Strategic Partnerships and ANZ Engagement

We are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships and ANZ Engagement to join our team at 1835i Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and driving our strategic partnerships, with a priority focus on ANZ Bank, by delivering and demonstrating incremental value across joint business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned to ANZ's financial wellbeing strategy and business/partnership OKRs.
- Manage and influence relationships within ANZ across varying levels to ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements.
- Drive business development efforts to improve our performance across existing partnerships and to identify new ecosystem partners that enhance Cashrewards' offerings and support market expansion.
- Understand and identify local market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes, and use insights to inform partnership opportunities and business decisions.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnerships, monitor performance, analyse results, and optimize initiatives to maximize value.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the Retail Banking landscape and a proven track record of building out a multifaceted partner ecosystem. You will have excellent negotiation and contract management skills, persuasive communication, gravitas, and interpersonal skills across varying stakeholder levels, and commercial acumen including familiarity with key drivers to facilitate P&L results.
You will also have the ability to pivot from high-level strategy to the details required to execute it seamlessly, and cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.
