National Distribution Manager – Secured Business Loans

We are seeking an experienced National Distribution Manager to lead our Secured Business Loan strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and aggregators, participating in a comprehensive professional development program, and working in a hybrid environment.

About the Role

  • Drive the national Secured Business Loan strategy and support the overall asset finance strategy
  • Oversee the secured business loan broker lifecycle and identify growth opportunities
  • Utilize new and existing aggregator and broker channels to promote and sell secured business loans nationally
  • Provide feedback on effective product development, policy improvements, and marketing strategies
  • Supervise and manage support staff while training secured business loan brokers on credit policy and systems
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Australian non-bank lending sector and Secured Business Loans experience
  • High understanding of mortgages and skills in secured business loans
  • Results-driven with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment with a commercially acute strategic mindset
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Business discipline preferred
