Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our Contract Logistics team as an Operational Excellence Manager - Distribution Logistics.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across distribution activities, ensuring the delivery of customer satisfaction while gaining and retaining customers.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting distribution activities in accordance with the overall strategic plan, focusing on operational excellence and creating a framework of continuous improvement.
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to upskill colleagues, plan and implement annual excellence certification activities, validate and assess continuous improvement projects, and coach distribution teams in operation excellence activities.
  • A key aspect of this role is leading deep dive value streaming analysis events, deploying KN Excellence certification road maps, and driving and monitoring Kaizens for continuous productivity and quality improvements.
Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have strong knowledge of distribution, continuous improvement, and related technical tools. Additionally, you will possess business acumen with a proven ability to understand and navigate complex business environments.

An innovative mindset, collaborative approach, and track record of introducing new ideas and solutions are essential for this position.
