We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our transmission and distribution projects in Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be accountable for providing technical leadership and direction to project teams, enhancing the technical skills of the electrical team through support and training, and operating under the general guidance of the National Electrical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and administer engineering, procurement, planning of construction, construction phase support, commissioning, and project closeout
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to project teams
  • Enhance the technical skills of the electrical team through support and training
  • Operate under the general guidance of the National Electrical Lead

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in electrical engineering or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in transmission and distribution sector
  • Extensive experience in relevant infrastructure project development and delivery
  • Subject Matter Expert in transmission & distribution
  • Leadership experience in leading and managing design and development teams
  • Chartered Professional Engineer accreditation highly regarded
  • Well-connected in the utilities and renewable energy zone (REZ) space with a strong professional network
