At Zurich Insurance Company, we are embarking on an exciting journey to drive positive impact in the NSW advice market.

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic NSW Distribution Manager to join our Retail Life & Investments division.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with named distribution partners on a local level, as well as distributing Zurich Investment products and services via intermediaries.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to actively build the distribution network by prospecting, introducing, and attracting new distribution partners to Zurich.

Importantly, you will promote a consistent and compelling product and service message to intermediaries.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in managing multiple or large distribution partners and knowledge of the NSW advice market.
  • The ability to proactively pursue business opportunities and establish strong strategic relationships.
  • A solid understanding of financial markets and a willingness to learn and develop knowledge of Zurich Investment products, competitors, and how they can meet the needs of client portfolios.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an adviser-facing sales role.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as 5 weeks' annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to award-winning training programs.
