About the Role

nib is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to drive our agile delivery framework and lead business projects with Data & AI deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Data & AI leads to prioritize work, manage risks, and optimize team capacity.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, coach teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage with teams to ensure coordinated delivery and overcome obstacles, considering team capacity and capability.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicate project progress, and manage expectations.

About You

We're looking for a strong agile background, proven ability to turn principles into practices, and experience in the continuous delivery of products/features. Ideal candidates will have systematic/process-oriented thinking, ability to influence in a matrix environment, and strong oral and written communication skills.
