Delivery Experience Manager, Amazon Australia

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Experience Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and drive the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of feature enhancements that define the customer fulfillment experience. They will work closely with product and technology/engineering teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence remote teams
- Able to operate with limited guidance and wear multiple hats
