Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end scoping, requirements, development, testing, and implementation of the Risk and Regulatory delivery portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of multiple complex projects with teams spread across geographical locations.
  • Define and continuously improve delivery structure between ING and external vendors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on Agile technology delivery experience with proven track record in comparable sourcing/offshoring projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology delivery resources, delivery budgets, and managing vendors and partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to align stakeholders and bridge business and IT on all aspects.
  • Able to operate on own initiative with a pro-active attitude and good knowledge of bank applications architecture and integration.

About the Role:

This is a critical technical delivery role that will shape the execution of the portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating collaboration across all relevant stakeholders, effectively managing project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery/testing quality, and risks/issues.
