Regional Delivery Manager

As a Regional Delivery Lead at NCS Australia, you will play a pivotal role in driving project and program management excellence within your designated region. This leadership position is critical in managing and mentoring Project Managers, ensuring high delivery standards, maintaining strong client satisfaction, and achieving optimal delivery margins.
In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers within your region, helping them reach their full potential and achieve outstanding delivery outcomes. You will oversee delivery margins, focusing on maximising efficiency and profitability across all projects. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, as you will ensure a high level of satisfaction through seamless project delivery and exceptional client engagement.
As a regional champion, you will play a strategic role in aligning all projects with the company's broader goals. Your leadership will be critical in creating a high-performing team that consistently delivers value to clients and drives success within your region.
Qualifications- Extensive experience in project and program management, ideally within a client-facing or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of managing delivery teams and driving successful outcomes across complex projects.
- Strong people management skills, with experience mentoring and developing Project Managers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with financial acumen, able to maintain delivery margins and manage budgets effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering impactful results and aligning projects with broader company goals.
