The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Workplace Sales and Solutions Expert. As part of our enterprise sales and account management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow new and existing accounts within the enterprise sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow new and existing accounts within the enterprise sector.
  • Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT specialists to identify and secure Digital Workplace opportunities.
  • Grow new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base.
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring over 50% of new business is self-sourced through proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business transformation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise sales and account management, selling hardware, software solutions, and professional services to top 500 companies.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Ability to engage with both business and technical decision-makers in customer organizations.
  • Strong sales skills, including business justification, negotiation, and closing.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
