Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager - Digital Workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships.
- Drive new business opportunities.
- Generate more than 30% of your own new sales pipeline.
- Grow new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh Customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base.
Requirements
- 5+ Years quota carrying sales and account relationship management experience.
- Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
- Evidence of results prospecting and creating more than 20% of your own pipeline.
- Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
- Experience in handling both business and technical decision makers in customer organisations.
- Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
- Ability to operate in both hunting and farming models.
