Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at M GALLERY. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the Reservations Team to ensure high standards of service and compliance with procedures.
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize room sales and occupancy.
- Collaborate with the Director of Revenue, Director of Conference and Events, and Director of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth across all distribution channels.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and coordinate bookings to meet client requests and special needs.
- Direct and oversee FIT and Groups reservations activities, ensuring accurate guest details and privacy protection.
- Develop and review policies, programs, and procedures for customer relations and services.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members and assist with recruitment.
- Manage, motivate, and develop staff providing customer services.
- Liaise with other organizational units, service agents, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
- Qualified Customer Service Manager with a Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience as a professional customer service manager.
- Multi-lingual skills are an advantage.
