We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, to provide tailored product information and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our clinic and its services, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs, with training provided, to ensure our customers receive the best possible support.
- 2+ years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate various software programs, including CRM and appointment management systems.
- Attention to detail, with a solid administrative background and a collaborative spirit, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed, to drive results and achieve goals.
