Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the Reservations Team to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
  • Implement and review revenue strategies to maximize room sales and occupancy.
  • Work closely with the Director of Revenue, Director of Conference and Events, and Director of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth across all distribution channels.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and coordinate bookings to meet client requests and special needs.
  • Direct and oversee FIT and Groups reservations activities, ensuring accurate guest details and privacy protection.
  • Develop and review policies, programs, and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided.
  • Provide direction and feedback to team members and assist with recruitment.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop staff providing customer services.
  • Liaise with other organisational units, service agents, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Qualified Customer Service Manager with a Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as a professional customer service manager.
  • Multi-lingual skills are an advantage.
