About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisor to oversee operations at our Manly Bowling Club venue on a permanent part-time basis.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP, and Gaming Regulations.
  • Assist with coaching, development, and performance management of staff.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Promote service delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with compliance requirements by accurately updating reports in Risk Manager.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A current NSW RSA & RCG competency certificate.
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent (desirable).
  • A strong understanding of relevant regulations.
  • A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation.
  • Attentive, empathetic, and compassionate.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible roster.
