About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our newest sales location in Manly, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a dynamic sales team, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and guidance to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with corporate offices and sales sites to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ASIC and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in timeshare or holiday ownership is essential.
  • Proven ability to close sales and master negotiation techniques.
  • Experience in training, motivating, and inspiring individuals to achieve and surpass KPIs.
  • Strong time management and administrative abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Dynamic and flexible approach to operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in comprehensive reporting, computer skills, and administrative tasks.
