Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Manly, NSW. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Coach and develop sales team members to improve their performance and achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in sales, with a minimum of 2+ years, encompassing people management and objection handling.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Coaching and Development: Experience in coaching and developing sales team members to improve their performance and achieve their full potential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Dynamic and flexible approach to operations, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
