Executive Director of Sales

At Chronos Consulting, we're seeking an accomplished Executive Director of Sales to spearhead our North American sales operation. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in software sales, with a strong focus on building and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume, short sales cycle deal environment
  • Experience in building and managing a sales team of at least 10 reps, with a strong focus on sales acceleration and client engagement
  • Strong data-driven approach, with a focus on sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and sales acceleration platforms, such as Salesforce and SalesLoft
