About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled National Sales Director to join our team at Randall Wine Group Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our wine sales in the domestic market across our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our domestic distributors and existing business across all Brands
  • Create and identify direct wholesale opportunities and private label growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the wine industry. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the wine market and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience within the wine industry
  • Well networked, with a track record of sales of branded wines
  • Ability to create and identify sales opportunities
  • Superior relationship building and management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or other relevant field
