Position Overview

We are committed to empowering our participants through:

  • Implementing a strengths-focused methodology to inform our assessments, objectives, and interventions.
  • Utilizing a blend of standardized and personalized assessments tailored to each participant's unique needs, guiding our clinical decisions.
  • Providing essential Speech Therapy services in environments that align with participants' goals, whether that be at home, in educational settings, workplaces, or within our clinic.
  • Working collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Our multidisciplinary team operates across the Southern Sydney to Illawarra region, each member bringing their unique expertise and interests to their caseloads. We cover a variety of areas, including early intervention, adult therapy, dysphagia, AAC, and psychosocial support.

Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Pathologist is preferred, but we welcome new graduates.
  • Experience within the disability or NDIS sector is advantageous.
  • A strong commitment to providing Speech services to vulnerable populations.
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive atmosphere.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
Essential Qualifications
  • A recognized qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
