About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized plans to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to clients, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments, Sensory Assessments, and Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to promote client-centered care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A car and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one
