Position Overview

We take great pride in witnessing our participants reach their aspirations. Our approach is centered around capacity building, and we aim to empower individuals by:

  • Implementing a strengths-focused methodology to inform our assessments, objectives, and interventions.
  • Utilizing a blend of standardized and tailored assessments, designed to meet the unique needs of each participant and guide our clinical decisions.
  • Providing essential Speech Therapy services in environments that align with participants' goals, whether at home, in educational settings, workplaces, community spaces, or our clinics.
  • Working collaboratively with a diverse team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Our multidisciplinary team spans from Southern Sydney to the Illawarra, with each member managing caseloads that reflect their personal interests and expertise. We cater to various areas, including early intervention (infants 0-12 months and feeding), pediatric care, adult therapy, dysphagia/swallowing, AAC, and psychosocial support.

On a personal note, we are a vibrant group of professionals who share a deep commitment to disability services. Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Pathologist is preferred, but we are open to new graduates.
  • Experience in the disability or NDIS sector is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for providing Speech services to vulnerable community members.
  • Seeking a fun, collaborative, and supportive workplace.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
Essential Qualifications
  • A recognized qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
