We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our NDIS team at ORS Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and interventions, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Sensory, Assistive Technology (AT), Home Modifications, and Functional Daily Living Skills.
- Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support participants in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of experienced Occupational Therapists.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth, including training and mentorship programs.
- A flexible and family-friendly work arrangement, including the ability to work from home and adjust your schedule to suit your needs.
- Access to the latest technology and resources to support your practice.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
- A car and driver's license.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.
