### Job Title: Occupational Therapist

### Job Summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Mac. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a small team of passionate professionals to provide support to individuals with disabilities. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including daycare centers, schools, and homes, and will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assess participants' functional levels and capacity to perform daily living activities and instrumental activities of daily living
* Develop and implement treatment plans to help participants achieve their goals
* Participate in professional development and receive regular supervision
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to participants
