About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Data Administrator to join our Plant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for validating and managing data for various business systems, including asset management, finance, works planning and scheduling, and project control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and manage data for various business systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ARTC requirements.
  • Monitor the collection and updating of asset data, including maintenance and operational records, financial transactions, and associated reporting outcomes.
  • Interrogate internal and external data systems, update and analyze data, and generate team or customer-specific reports as required.
  • Drive team procurement activities to ensure timeliness, process compliance, and value for money outcomes.
  • Support and streamline Major Plant projects and their associated maintenance activities.
  • Monitor contractor engagements for compliance with ARTC requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience within an on-site industrial, trade-based operation or a relevant engineering or technical environment.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn and understand the complexities of high-value plant equipment and the critical nature of the associated operational support required by remote teams.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications, with the adaptability to readily learn new IT systems and processes.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in providing customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet team and project demands.
