Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in supporting our teams and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing data entry tasks, including maintaining essential registers.
- Assisting with document management and control processes.
- Providing support to the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) site team.
- Reviewing and managing subcontractor onboarding documentation related to personnel, plant and equipment, and health and safety.
- Facilitating communication with subcontractors to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Preparing and archiving critical documents.
- Generating and distributing weekly and monthly reports.
- Carrying out general administrative duties as required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- A commitment to fostering a safe working environment.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
