About the Role:
The Sales Support Coordinator will be a key member of Bradken's Sales team, reporting to the Sales Support Team leader. As a customer service and sales administrative support team member, you will assist and collaborate with our Area, Account, and Regional managers to provide market-leading products and services to our customers promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support and assistance to the regional sales team, assisting in the preparation of reports, quotations, and provision of services to ensure efficient management and operation of the region.
- Monitor and liaise with customers and Bradken Logistics regarding deliveries from manufacturing plants and other third-party suppliers.
- Utilize your skills to assist and support with tender and contract documents, helping maintain all internal systems with accurate and up-to-date data to ensure effective communication across all Bradken teams.
- Assist with the training of the sales team, monitor data quality, and interpretation of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with customer order management or a Sales environment.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Experience working in Manufacturing or similar industry.
