Human Resources Business Partner

Uniting AgeWell is committed to delivering high-quality services and care to older individuals. We are seeking a skilled Human Resources leader to join our team as a P&C Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide human resources advice and support to managers and employees across designated sites and services
- Manage disputes, grievances, and disciplinary processes in accordance with employee relations processes
- Consult and negotiate with unions and other stakeholders as required
- Assist managers and recruitment partners in overseeing recruitment and selection processes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or industrial relations
- Extensive experience in managing complex situations, including dispute resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Experience in interpreting awards and agreements, particularly in the aged care sector
- Experience in analyzing and implementing organizational change situations
- Current Working With Children's Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or willingness to undertake this process
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
