Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist role involves partnering with key leadership stakeholders and members of the enterprise support team to ensure the efficient running of the human resources support function. This position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work either three days a week or permanently, depending on their experience level.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Leading recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing third-party provider relationships.
  • Proactively building a pool of qualified candidates through networking and technology-based strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate applicant and interview data in BambooHR.
  • Managing employment offers, contractual matters, and onboarding new staff accordingly.
  • Supporting staff well-being by promoting health and safety initiatives.
  • Creating a positive, engaging, and supportive environment that fosters productivity, satisfaction, and longevity.
  • Supporting the implementation of coaching, learning, development, and diversity programs.
  • Utilizing CultureAmp for performance and review processes and coordinating the employee engagement survey.
  • Updating internal HR policies to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
