Sinch, a global leader in Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS), seeks an HR Business Partner to drive key people initiatives and support the Head of HR, APAC.

This role involves delivering expert HR advice, consulting with senior leadership, and implementing critical annual HR activities. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resources, industrial relations, or employment law, and proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Senior Leadership team in driving the HR strategy, deploying performance management processes, and executing community events such as R U ok Day and NAIDOC week events for ANZ.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, high-level problem-solving abilities, and the ability to negotiate, motivate, and build relationships.
