We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team, providing frontline HR support across our dynamic business.

About the Role

The HR Business Partner will be part of our regional leadership team, working closely with company leadership to drive business results by strengthening employee and organizational capabilities.

This role requires a strong HR generalist with experience in ER, talent acquisition, benefits, leaves of absence, policy and legal compliance, relocation, employment onboarding/off-boarding processes, and payroll.

About You

You are a seasoned HR Business Partner with experience navigating a fast-paced, agile environment. You are degree-qualified and have experience across all HR functions, with a passion for sport and a willingness to work in the sporting goods industry.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

  • Partnering with General Manager in change management initiatives
  • Providing frontline HR support across the business
  • Supporting the company in all functional areas of Human Resources
  • Maintaining a close connection with the business to provide support to both managers and individual employees

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in ER, talent acquisition, benefits, leaves of absence, policy and legal compliance, relocation, employment onboarding/off-boarding processes, and payroll
  • Strong HR generalist skills, particularly in ER
  • Competency in using HRIS systems (Workday desirable)
  • Strategic partnering skills and stakeholder management
  • A global business mindset
