About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide strategic and operational advice to our business leaders, supporting employees and management.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioural Science, Law or related field, with 7-10 years' experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment. You will possess a thorough understanding and technical expertise in Remuneration & Benefits, as well as strong influencing and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and assistance to employees and management on a full range of issues and practices.
  • Advise and coach management on employment-related matters in accordance with legislation, HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate performance management and grievance issues in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements.
  • Remain up-to-date with employment legislation and HR/IR industry trends.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. This role is based in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney locations.
