Key Role: Territory Expansion Specialist

Cynet is expanding its presence in Australia and New Zealand. We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our market entry, drive sales growth, and establish Cynet as a key player in the region.

This long-term individual contributor role focuses on building revenue and regional presence through strategic partnerships, business development, and sales execution. Upon success, it may evolve into a leadership position as the territory scales.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for ANZ
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities, both direct and via partnerships
  • Establish strong relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Distributors
  • Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from initial outreach to closure
  • Collaborate closely with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven track record of launching and growing a new territory, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • In-depth knowledge of the MSP, MSSP, VAR, and Distributor ecosystem
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working as the first hire in-region
  • Excellent communication and strategic skills
