
Territory Expansion Specialist

Cynet is expanding its presence in Australia and New Zealand. We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our market entry, drive sales growth, and establish Cynet as a key player in the region.
This long-term individual contributor role focuses on building revenue and regional presence through strategic partnerships, business development, and sales execution. Upon success, it may evolve into a leadership position as the territory scales.
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for ANZ
- Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities, both direct and via partnerships
- Establish strong relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Distributors
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from initial outreach to closure
- Collaborate closely with global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution
- Proven track record of launching and growing a new territory, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
- In-depth knowledge of the MSP, MSSP, VAR, and Distributor ecosystem
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working as the first hire in-region
- Excellent communication and strategic skills
