Job Summary

The Regional Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the success of the Ricoh Sales Teams (Direct and Indirect) across all customer segments and portfolios. This Senior Leadership position involves driving staffing, performance, and operations to ensure smooth business activities and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day Sales operations of multiple branches within the Southern Region, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Mentor, coach state-based Sales Management teams.
  • Review key performance indicators of the region.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in line with retention, maximize, and acquire strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Seek new business opportunities, secure contracts, and develop marketing and advertising plans in conjunction with the Marketing team to promote the company brand within the region.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and regularly report actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar key Sales leadership position.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple teams or sites, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving high-performance culture.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and setting performance objectives to ensure profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions are key requirements for this position.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve complex issues that may arise in operations.
