About the Role

The Business Development Manager - Regional will play a key role in driving revenue growth and business development across their respective areas. This includes developing and executing revenue strategies, maintaining the ACC network, and leading revenue-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the State Manager in implementing Pathology Revenue strategies
  • Maintain the ACC network through lease negotiation and strategic ACC placements
  • Self-manage and lead revenue-focused campaigns, executing revenue strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the targeted market, monitoring market behavior
  • Ensure strategic communication plans for internal and external stakeholders are implemented
  • Provide direction and focus to Medical Liaison Officers to maintain current and growing client base
  • Gather and report on market business intelligence
  • Attend marketing conferences and events
  • Manage property leases including new, renewal and exercise of option
  • Uncover market gaps, drive innovation, collaborate and lead
  • Demonstrate good analytical ability and problem-solving skills to manage revenue and budget initiatives
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and strategic skills to manage and grow ACC network
  • Inspire and guide Medical Liaison Officers to succeed, supporting and facilitating resources for effective marketing activities
  • Create and seize opportunities to expand into new markets
