About the Role

We are seeking a talented Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at GPT Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities across our retail assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and new business opportunities.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business development plans.
  • Proactively manage sales pipeline and implement strategies to deliver conversion.
  • Take responsibility for budget and accountability for monthly reporting and forecasting of all income lines for the region.
